The General Court is responsible for reviewing all lawsuits, cases, and final proofs, as well as matters related to them that fall outside the jurisdiction of other courts, notary offices, and the Board of Grievances.

Traffic Lawsuits Arising from Traffic Accidents and Violations of Traffic Laws: These are claims arising from incidents involving a moving vehicle that cause physical or material damages unintentionally, such as lawsuits for private rights resulting from traffic accidents, and lawsuits for public rights arising from traffic accidents.
Lawsuits Related to Contracts: Such as lawsuits for contract enforcement, lawsuits to eliminate damage or compensation, construction contracts, lawsuits for contract rescission or invalidation, lawsuits for partition of benefits, lawsuits to request documents, and issuing judicial orders and amending them.
Finalizations: Such as rehabilitation (proving integrity after a criminal record), proving lack of housing ownership, verification to establish conditions or witness testimonies in non-litigious cases, waiving compensation for non-intentional or semi-intentional injuries, and temporary ownership certificates for compensation purposes.
