The General Court is responsible for hearing all lawsuits, cases, and final proofs, and anything similar that is outside the jurisdiction of other courts, notaries, and the Board of Grievances.

Traffic Lawsuits Related to Accidents and Traffic Violations: Claims resulting from an incident involving a moving vehicle causing bodily or material harm unintentionally, such as private right claims arising from a traffic accident, and public right claims arising from a traffic accident.

Contract-related Lawsuits: Such as claims for proving a contract, claims for lifting harm or compensation for it, contracts for manufacturing, claims for contract termination or nullification, claims for partition of benefits, and claims for requesting documents, issuing final judicial decrees, and modifying them.

Finalizations: Such as rehabilitation (proving rehabilitation after a criminal record), proving non-ownership of housing, attestation to prove a condition or witness testimony for non-litigation, waiving compensation for injury or blood money (non-intentional and semi-intentional), and temporary ownership documentation for compensation purposes.
