A simple limited partnership company consists of two groups of partners: one group must include at least one general partner, who is liable for the company’s debts and obligations with all of their personal assets. The other group must include at least one limited partner, whose liability for the company’s debts and obligations is limited to their share in the company’s capital. The limited partner does not acquire the status of a trader.
